The Vitol Afterburning Party
As one Ukrainian company, specialized in selling automobile equipment and accessories, was planning celebrations for the 10 year anniversary of their business, we devised a concept that we knew their employees and clients would certainly like. As a result, the concept we came up with was approved and we closed the deal.
The programme of the “Afterburning Birthday” outdoor event was a combination of team activities, creative challenges, and, of course, exciting outdoor recreation on the seashore. The “Afterburning Birthday” event took place at “Private Elling” and was held in 2 stages: relay races in the morning and the evening event itself. 250 people. 2 different types of dress-code. A start instead of the entrance, pit stops instead of the buffet, parking lots instead of lounge areas, races instead of relay games. The themed decoration was devised according to the concept as well. A fascinating author’s programme of the event. Cups for the winners, champagne spraying, the sea of adrenaline and just the sea. In the evening the guests were welcomed by a beautifully decorated restaurant with an astonishing view of the gulf, a specifically designed evening programme, branded desert and fireworks!
